I got my ipod almost the very next day after I ordered it. I wasn't expecting it and it was in great condition as were the chargers it came with. Very impressed.

5 out of 5 stars Overall a good Ipod generation, and from EMoberg66 I got a good one   August 25, 2010

The battery wears out but I'm going to get a new one so that doesn't matter. 30 gb is all I need for storage, and it's exactly the right size for what I use it for!

5 out of 5 stars The Best Quality Video Classic iPod Ever Made   August 14, 2010
Straightlight (Vancouver, WA)
The later generation of iPod Video Classics did away with the NTSC/PAL video output signal. I have a neat little portable DVD player that I can insert the entire iPod into and the DVD player will display the iPod videos. To my dismay, later iPod Video Classic generations eliminated this NTSC / PAL output signal. Also, later iPod Video Classic generations use a cheap-sounding audio chipset. Apple scrimped on quality in order to drop the price of the later Video Classic iPods. Audio simply sounds better from the 5th Gen compared to the tinny sound of the later iPod Classic Gens. Too bad. I'll stick with 5th Gen. If it develops a problem, there are plenty iPod repair facilities on the Net that can repair it.
